A very first for us, with BILL (the father) and MARK (the son), from USA.
These anglers are well experienced and have already scoured the world’s highest destinations for big game fishing. The target of this 82h trip on the Eastern Bank is searching the big sporty fish, with a special interest in marlin. And it has produced results! On Marlins’ Boulevard they release 2 blue marlins trolling, about 100 and 200kg.

A 3rd one (a black marlin) unhooks before reaching the bank. The following day, 3 marlins are released (a black marlin about 180kg, and 2 blue marlins about 100kg and 200 kg).

None of the fights lasted over 35min, which enabled these fish to go back in excellent conditions. Besides, there were a few yellowfin tunas (42kg for the biggest), numerous wahoos (the biggest of 21 kg), nice skipjacks (14kg for the biggest), rainbow runners and only one dogtooth tuna of 25kg.
